About the beer:
In Honey Gold, light malts are used together with Leatherwood honey from Tasmania. Leatherwood honey is one of the most aromatic and flowery honeys, with which as a flavoring agent it helps to give Honey Gold a lovely rounded taste and aroma.
The beer was developed on the occasion of the crown prince couple's wedding in 2004, where at the beer festival the same year, in competition with 23 Danish and foreign beers, the beer was chosen as the best beer - and thus was delivered to the Court in connection with the wedding.
